Kerri was drawn to the grace and compassion of yoga in 1999 after suffering many physical injuries from a lifetime of sports and exercising.
Since then, Kerri’s personal and professional practice has evolved to embrace, not only the physical benefits of yoga, but also the emotional and spiritual.
While Kerri’s training was in the Ashtanga Yoga discipline, Kerri continues to explore many types of yoga styles and practices to ensure creativity and balance in her classes. She has been greatly influenced and inspired by teachers such as Janet Stone, Ana Forrest, Desiree Rumbaugh, Seane Corn, Dharma Mittra and Rusty Wells.
Kerri believes that movement is a powerful form of self expression, emotional healing, and devotion. In her class you will develop strength and flexibility in both body and mind as you cultivate the process of awakening and transformation through yoga. Her classes are known to be challenging but playful as she strives to help her students develop a strong body, a content mind, and a healthy spirit.
