- About Me:
- Kaitlyn is a Yoga Works trained teacher with over 10 years of experience in yoga. Her journey along the yogic path has led her to recognize the power within each of us to change the world and live a life that is full and satisfying and her teaching strives to help people claim that power within themselves. Her teaching style ranges from vigorous flow classes to gentle and restorative classes. She completed her first teaching training in Los Angeles 2005 under James Brown and Julie Kleinman and is currently enrolled in an additional 300 hour Teacher Training where she is a teaching assistant to Carmen Fitzgibbon. She is registered with Yoga Alliance and holds her BA in Acting and Women's Studies from Western Washington University. She teaches in various locations throughout Los Angeles, CA and Seattle, WA.

- I offer yoga classes to organizations that I believe will change the world. I ride my bike whenever I can. I want to be more involved... open to networking about new and exciting ways to improve the world in which we live :)
