Why are you inspired to be of service in the world?
I been lucky in receiving learning and healing. Through these things, I've come to see possible ways of living where there is happiness and freedom for everyone. I think we are all learning together. I help where I can, and listen, and try to remember to see the perfection in each person I meet. For me, service is practice and inspiration comes from gratitude.
About Me:
My service is to the soul via the body. I know the importance of being able to move freely in a strong and healthy bodymind, because I have experienced sickness and what it feels like to not have the resources one needs.
I teach yoga, gymnastics and do bodywork. I often work one-on-one with people who have physical or mental conditions that they have been told are hopeless or which have overwhelmed them for a long time. I study to find a paradigm where the dis-eases of individuals and society can be healed. Where we can return to radiant flow. I study dynamic alignment, nutrition, herbs, bio-oxidative therapy, detoxification psychology and spirituality to see how we can integrate the physical and spiritual; and become strong and clear enough to choose where to direct our energy.

I teach yoga through departments of parks and recreations allowing children, teens and adults to have low-cost yoga in walking distance. I use yoga to teach practical tools for self-healing, introspection, emotional release and joy so that people can remember their power.
I also write and speak, encouraging people to explore the nature of their bodyminds and as a means to connect people and ideas.
