Its good hearing from you; thanks for inviting me. Nice photo.

My asana practice has slowed considerably over the past few weeks due to work responsibilities and seasonal low energy levers. I am, however, enjoying a 12-week Bhagavad Gita study. I will be attending the Omega conference in NYC next month.
